Prep& Line Cook position– Cold Station & Hot Line
We are seeking an experienced and versatile culinary professional to join our brand new team as a Line Cook. This role requires confidence working both the cold station and hot line, with a focus on consistency, efficiency, and delivering high-quality dishes in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Execute dishes to exact recipes and presentation standards across both cold and hot stations.
Maintain strong communication with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service and accurate pacing.
Assist with prep, organization, and station setup before, during, and after service.
Manage station cleanliness, proper food storage, and labeling at all times.
Follow health, safety, and sanitation standards in accordance with DOH guidelines.
Support teammates and contribute to a positive, team-oriented kitchen culture.
Qualifications:
At least 2 years of line cook experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant. Experience with both cold and hot line stations strongly preferred.
Solid knife skills and knowledge of proper cooking techniques.
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work efficiently under pressure.
Team-oriented, reliable, and passionate about hospitality and food.
Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($18–$21, based on experience)
