Southwark/Ambra is hiring for a line cook position. Must have previous cooking experience in a detail oriented environment. Must be a team player, take direction well and also have a strong understanding of all cooking techniques. Ideal candidate is dedicated to the craft of cooking and interested in local, hand made foods.
Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($18.00 - $21.00)

Ambra Restaurant Group (ARG) is a small independent family of restaurants based in the Queen Village neighborhood of Philadelphia. Founded in 2016, the ARG first opened Southwark, a neighborhood restaurant and cocktail bar. The second restaurant is called Ambra, a 16 seat modern Italian tasting menu with a wine focused beverage program. The ARG is also opening a wood fired pizza shop named GiGi 's Pizzaria as well as a vegetable centric restaurant opening Spring 2019.
