Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as a Lead Host/Hostess or Maître D' in high-end dining establishments.
- Proficiency with reservation management platforms such as Resy, OpenTable, and SevenRooms.
- A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
- Strong organizational abilities and the ability to thrive under pressure.
