Bar Parisette is a neighborhood bistro in Logan Square. Our menu takes cues from the neo-bistros of Paris, as well as midwest seasonality. At this time, we are looking for a passionate and dedicated host to join our team. Candidates with a minimum of one year working in a high volume restaurant will be prioritized, but we are always willing to train the right person.

Job Duties:
- Welcome guests into the restaurant
- Manage guestbook in Resy
- Organize seating chart and maintain server rotation during service
- Keep host stand and front entrance clean and organized
- Maintain detailed guest notes and communicate celebrations and special occasions to service team
- Assist with running food and clearing / resetting tables
- Actively support a cohesive, collaborative relationship between back and front of house
Other:
- Excellent communication skills
- Must hold a current Food Handlers certificate from an accredited organization or be able to acquire one within a month
- Flexible hours are required (nights, weekends, and holidays)
- This role requires the ability to move and lift up to 50 lbs, and standing or walking for extended periods of time.
