Job Details

Moon Rabbit is seeking an experienced and thoughtful General Manager to lead our front-of-house team and uphold our standard of excellence in hospitality. We are looking for a leader whose presence elevates the entire team—someone who inspires confidence, develops talent, and ensures that every guest leaves with an unforgettable experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide clear leadership and direction to the FOH team, setting expectations and holding staff accountable.

  • Develop, implement, and maintain training programs and service standards with our lead hourly positions that reflect Moon Rabbit’s philosophy of warm, precise, and guest-focused hospitality.

  • Oversee daily operations with consistency and professionalism, ensuring smooth service and strong communication across all departments.

  • Actively monitor and respond to guest and co-worker feedback, using it as a tool for continuous improvement.

  • Foster a positive, collaborative culture that encourages professional growth and team cohesion.

  • Support the recruitment, onboarding, and retention of talented staff members.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3–5 years of management experience.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with a focus on attention to detail.

  • A proven track record of maintaining high standards while creating a positive and professional work environment.

  • Passion for hospitality, with the ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
