Food Runner

Genghis Cohen is getting ready to reopen at our brand-new location, and we’re looking for hardworking and reliable Runners/Bussers to join our team.

About the Role:
As a runner/busser, you’ll play a vital role in supporting both the front and back of house. From running dishes and clearing tables to resetting and keeping service areas clean, you’ll help keep the floor moving smoothly while ensuring our guests enjoy a seamless dining experience.

Requirements:

• Previous restaurant experience preferred but not required

• Strong work ethic and ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment

• Team-first attitude with great communication skills

• Ability to lift and carry trays, plates, and supplies safely

• Availability for nights and weekends

• Christmas Eve and Christmas Day availability is required (our busiest days of the year)

Responsibilities:

• Run food and drinks from the kitchen/bar to guests promptly and accurately

• Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently

• Keep service stations stocked, clean, and organized

• Assist servers and managers with guest requests and overall service flow

• Support the team in maintaining a clean and professional dining room
