Cafe Mado is seeking experienced, passionate, and professional Servers to join our team!
Redwood Hospitality is seeking Servers to join the team at their newest venture, Cafe Mado. Cafe Mado is the third project from Michelin-starred Redwood Hospitality, after Oxalis, Place des Fêtes and Laurel Bakery. Cafe Mado is located in Crown Heights, Brooklyn, and will serve coffee, Laurel Bakery pastries, breakfast items and pre-prepared foods offered in the coffee lounge as well as a seated dinner.
Cafe Mado is looking for individuals who create genuine connections with their guests and who pride themselves on the ability to curate a memorable experience. Experience with low-intervention wine and cocktails is a plus, while attention to detail and steps of service is a must. Service will include lunch as well as dinner service, both indoors and outdoors in our back garden.
The ideal candidate possesses the following qualifications:
- 2 years Serving experience in NYC or another major city
- Knowledge of Toast POS
- Open availability and a flexible schedule
- A genuine passion for hospitality and the ability to create stellar guest experiences
- Strong work ethic and a team-player attitude
- Knowledge of low intervention wines and spirits is a plus
- Barista experience is a plus

Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($11.00) plus tips
