Our menu is market-driven, featuring elevated but approachable dishes, with a focus on locally sourced and seasonal ingredients. About the Role:
- Full-time position (includes weekends)
- You’ll be rotating between the following stations: pasta, wood oven, garde manger, and prep
- Pasta experience is required — you’ll be expected to step into pasta service confidently
- This role also includes assisting with running service alongside the CDC and Sous Chef
What We Expect:
- At least 2–3 years of experience in casual or fine dining (preferred)
- Ability to multitask under pressure while keeping a positive attitude
- Versatility and willingness to support wherever needed
- Commitment to quality, consistency, and teamwork
Your Responsibilities:
- Set up and close down your station following our high standards
- Prep and execute dishes across multiple stations
- Assist the CDC and Sous Chef in managing the pace and flow of service
- Carry out opening/closing duties and assist with other kitchen tasks as needed
- Stand for extended periods (over 6 hours) and lift up to 50 pounds
- Maintain the highest quality in all dishes
