What You’ll Do

As a Host at Fat Rosie’s, you’ll set the tone for the entire guest experience. You’ll:

• Greet every guest with warmth, energy, and genuine hospitality.
• Manage reservations and waitlists, ensuring smooth seating flow for both guests and the team.
• Answer questions about the restaurant, menu, and current promotions.
• Communicate wait times clearly and accurately.
• Assist with guest challenges and ensure needs are met quickly and positively.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and inviting entry and waiting area.
• Support the service team as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
