Bartender

We are hiring a bartender to join the ever growing team of In Tune Hospitality!

We are looking for a part time or full time bartender, to work at either or both of our hot spot properties: Nightly's - American Bar & Bistro and Keys & Heels, our Speakeasy Cocktail Lounge.

MUST have high demand bartending experience, a competent knowledge of cocktails, and be good at working a high energy, lively place and enjoy the dynamic of bar interactions. 

Vibe and professionalism are super important to us, so good energy, an upbeat team spirit, and someone that takes pride in hospitality and their work is what we are looking for! 

Your role will be to work the bar efficiently with a playful and energetic spirit, sometimes working alongside another bartender & bar back. You will engage with bar side clients as well as fulfill orders from the floor and assist the service team.

You will be expected to meet and maintain the standards and builds of our curated menu, and closely monitor the quality and consistency of your beverages. We are looking for someone that takes pride in their skillset and the standards they serve! 

On opening or closing shifts, you will be required to set up and break down the bar at the beginning or end of the night/event. 

Nightly's is open 7 days a week, week days from 3pm, weekends from 10:30am, closing between 12-2am depending on the day. 

Keys & Heels is currently open 4 nights a week - Wednesday to Saturday from 6pm, and may soon go to 5 days. We also host private events and a once a month magic show. 

Service hours generally are:

Weds - 6-12

Thursday: 6-1am

Friday & Saturday 6-2am.

You will work closely with ownership and our General Manager to maintain the standards of our beverages, as well as honing, curating, and improving on our offering and experience.

The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Creating a welcoming first and last impression!

• Greeting guests in a cheerful, warm, and engaging way.

• Producing the menu cocktails to exact requirements, monitoring the standards, and working in an efficient and timely manner. 

• Producing off menu cocktails to clients request, with the same high standards. 

• Supporting your team and their needs from the bar.

• Maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient bar.

• Setting up your bar and breaking it down again.

• Adhering to DOH standards and requirements.

• Being a team player and looking out for your team during service.

Pay rate: NY state minimum wage (tipped credit) as per NY state labor law. + Tips / shared tip pool.

Keys & Heels is an ambient hidden cocktail lounge behind the frontage of a rundown NY shoe repair shop. It is currently open Wednesdays to Saturday evenings to the public, and other days for private events. Wednesday & Thursday we are generally open to the public 6pm-1am, and Friday & Saturday generally from 6pm-2am. Other days and shifts are as per event.

Uva Next Door is an energetic Italian restaurant, with a robust cocktail program, centered around digestivi, amaro & aperitivi, and fresh, southern italian inspired foods and amalfi style pizza. Currently open 7 days a week, from 5-pm. Fridays we are open for lunch from 12. Sundays we are open from 3pm. Uva Next Door also hosts private events.

Uva is a 20 year old NYC staple. A warm & atmospheric wine bar & restaurant serving northern Italian style cuisine, and 40 wines by the glass, in a bustling environment. Uva is open 7 days a week, from 3pm until late, and weekend brunch starting at 11am.

Nightly’s is a Neighborhood American Bar & Bistro, with a menu consisting of the "New American Classics" while providing a distinctive twist with nods & touches of coastal European sensibilities. Nightly’s opens daily from 3pm until between midnight and 1am, and serves brunch from 10:30am on weekends.
