Job Title: Sous Chef

Cuisine: Greek–Latin Fusion
We are seeking a passionate and highly skilled Sous Chef to join the opening team of our new Greek–Latin fusion restaurant. This is a unique opportunity to help shape a one-of-a-kind dining experience, where Mediterranean elegance meets vibrant Latin flavors.
Responsibilities:

Work closely with the Executive Chef to execute a creative and consistent menu.

Supervise daily kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of quality, presentation, and flavor.

Train, mentor, and support back-of-house staff to foster a positive and professional kitchen culture.

Oversee ordering, inventory management, and food cost control.

Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

Step into the lead role in the absence of the Executive Chef.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Sous Chef or strong experience as a Senior Line Cook in upscale or fine dining kitchens.

Strong knowledge of Mediterranean and Latin cuisines; fusion experience is highly valued.

Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Culinary degree or equivalent professional training is a plus.
