Job Title: Sous Chef
Location: Brooklyn, NY (Opening October 2025)
Cuisine: Greek–Latin Fusion

We are seeking a passionate and highly skilled Sous Chef to join the opening team of our new Greek–Latin fusion restaurant. This is a unique opportunity to help shape a one-of-a-kind dining experience, where Mediterranean elegance meets vibrant Latin flavors.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Executive Chef to execute a creative and consistent menu.

  • Supervise daily kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of quality, presentation, and flavor.

  • Train, mentor, and support back-of-house staff to foster a positive and professional kitchen culture.

  • Oversee ordering, inventory management, and food cost control.

  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

  • Step into the lead role in the absence of the Executive Chef.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef or strong experience as a Senior Line Cook in upscale or fine dining kitchens.

  • Strong knowledge of Mediterranean and Latin cuisines; fusion experience is highly valued.

  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

  • Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

  • Culinary degree or equivalent professional training is a plus.
