Ever Restaurant, led by three-Michelin-starred Chef Curtis Duffy, is seeking dedicated individuals to join our back of house team.

Job Description

Execute mise en place to exacting specs; uphold recipes, yields, and plating guides
Maintain an immaculate, organized station; practice rigorous food safety and labeling
Collaborate across savory and pastry
Participate in pre-service tastings, and feedback loops
Contribute to a calm, professional culture where every detail matters

Ideal Candidates

Coachable, detail-obsessed teammates with strong fundamentals (knife work, timing, cleanliness)
Fine-dining experience preferred, not required; relentless standards required
Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly Rate (negotiable rate, based on experience, starting at $18/hour)
