Banquet Staff

About the Role:
We are seeking professional and energetic Banquet Servers and Bartenders to join our hospitality team. Banquet Servers play a key role in delivering exceptional service at a variety of events, including corporate functions, weddings, galas, and private parties. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working with people, this is a great opportunity to gain experience in high-end food and beverage service.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests with a friendly and professional demeanor

• Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications (including tables, chairs, linens, silverware, and glassware)

• Serve food and beverages in a timely and courteous manner

• Clear plates, glassware, and other items after guests have finished

• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of assigned stations and event space

• Follow all food safety and sanitation policies

• Collaborate with kitchen staff, captains, and fellow servers for smooth service flow

• Respond promptly to guest requests and communicate any issues to supervisors

• Assist in breaking down and cleaning the event area after service

Qualifications:

• Previous banquet or catering server experience preferred

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to carry trays and stand/walk for extended periods

• Professional appearance and adherence to dress code

• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays

• Must be a team player and take direction well

• Black button-down shirt

• Black Tuxedo Pants
