Responsibilities

Lead the host team in ensuring a smooth flow of service and guest satisfaction.

Manage reservations and seating to optimize guest experience and dining room efficiency.

Greet and engage guests with professionalism, warmth, and genuine hospitality.

Work closely with management, servers, and floor staff to anticipate and meet guest needs.

Handle VIPs and special requests with discretion and precision.

Train and mentor hosts to uphold service standards.

Ensure consistency in guest communications (phone, email, in person).
Qualifications

Previous experience as a Lead Host, Head Host, or similar role in a fine dining or Michelin-rated environment strongly preferred.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask, stay composed under pressure, and lead by example.

Proficiency with reservation systems (Resy experience a plus).

A true passion for hospitality and guest care.
