Seeking a strong team player with a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a developed sense of urgency. We are a tight-knit team of bakers who support each other, learn together, and are focused on high quality production at scale. Schedule is somewhat flexible, but looking for Wednesdays through Sundays. Weekdays are 5am to 1pm, weekends are 3am to 11am. Compensation is $18-24/hr depending on prior experience and evaluation of working interview (which is paid).
We make a variety of pastry, ranging from viennoiserie to shelf-stable pantry items like our pretzel shortbread cookies. We mill our flour fresh on a 40” New American stone mill: the food we make is whole grain and supports local food systems.
The foundation of our bakery is built upon responsible sourcing of local ingredients, minimizing waste, and compensating our staff fairly. Benefits are available to all full-time team members after a month of work, and we offer paid time off & sick leave.

Candidates must be:
- Available to work early mornings, weekends and holidays
- Able to lift 50+ lbs. frequently over the course of a shift, and 100+ lbs. occasionally
- Capable of working on your feet for 8-12 hours
