We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Sous Chef to join our team. You will play a vital role in maintaining the smooth operation of our kitchen. Responsibilities:
- Order supplies, food and ingredients based on needs
- Ensure events are implemented successfully
- Maintain inventory levels and conduct full weekly inventory
- Schedule and oversee necessary maintenance and repairs on kitchen appliances
- Complete Food Safety Certification
- Oversee production to minimize waste
- Maintain Inventory and Manage Costs
- Ensure the quality and consistency of food
Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($25.00 - $28.00)
