Job Details

Valhalla is seeking a talented and motivated Lead Pastry Cook to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced pastry professional to take a leadership role in a creative, small, growth-focused kitchen.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2–3 years of professional pastry experience, preferably in a lead prep role.

  • Strong sense of urgency, organization, and ownership over a station.

  • Ability to lead all prep for plated desserts as well as the chocolate program.

  • Strong organizational skills, and self manageable
  • A collaborative mindset and a desire to grow into a leadership position — this is a management-in-training role with the goal of moving into a Junior Sous Chef position

    Compensation:

    • Starting at $21–$22 per hour, with merit-based raises and opportunities for advancement.
