Cornerstone is a new restaurant with a state-of-the-art kitchen located in historic Pawling, NY. Slated to
open October 2025. We are looking for industry professionals to join our kitchen team.

Responsibilities and Expectations
• Ensure food is prepared consistent with recipe guidelines
• Ensure cleanliness of station and equipment at all times
• Communicate effectively and clearly with team members
• Staying organized and ahead with daily prep lists
• Abide by food safety standards at all times
• Labeling and dating all products accordingly
Required Experience
• A good attitude!
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work cohesively and collectively as part of a team
• Sufficient food knowledge
• Basic food safety and sanitation knowledge
• Ability and eagerness to learn
Physical Abilities:
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without
assistance, and frequently lift and bend from the waist
• Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift and perform
repetitive motions
• Requires manual ability to use, carry, and operate all necessary equipment
