Ox Bar & Hearth™ is a neighborhood restaurant soon to open in Lincoln Park, rooted in seasonality, hospitality, and craftsmanship. We’re building a team of passionate, talented individuals who take pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences in a warm, welcoming environment.

Open FOH Roles

• Lead Host & Co-Host: Be the first point of welcome for our guests, managing reservations, seating, and flow of service.
• Server: Deliver warm, knowledgeable, and attentive service, guiding guests through food & beverage experiences.
• Server Assistant: Support the service team with table maintenance and ensuring seamless guest experiences.
• Food Runner: Bridge the kitchen and dining room, ensuring dishes are presented with care and accuracy.
• Bartender: Craft cocktails, serve wine, beer, non-alcoholic beverages, and provide genuine hospitality at the bar, lounge, and throughout the dining room.
• Barback: Keep the bar organized and stocked, assisting bartenders to provide excellent beverage service.
