Position Overview:
Are you a skilled bartender with a flair for creativity and a passion for delivering exceptional service? We're seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a bartender, where you'll have the opportunity to showcase your mixology expertise and elevate our hospitality to new heights.
This position is for our Old Town location.

Responsibilities:
- Craft premium cocktails and beverages using top-shelf spirits and fresh, high-quality ingredients
- Engage with guests in a friendly and enthusiastic manner, providing recommendations and personalized service
- Collaborate with the bar team and management to develop innovative cocktail recipes and seasonal drink specials
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to all safety and sanitation standards
- Work closely with kitchen staff and servers to ensure seamless communication and efficient service
- Stay informed about industry trends and new product offerings to continuously enhance the beverage program
- Bring a "can do", upbeat, positive and infectious personality
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced restaurant or bar setting
- Extensive knowledge of premium spirits, cocktail techniques, and flavor profiles
- Passion for mixology and a creative approach to drink development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing memorable guest experiences
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid alcohol service certification
- MUST HAVE FRIDAY, SATURDAY AND SUNDAY AVAILABILITY
