The Floor Manager oversees daily front-of-house operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and an elevated member experience. This role provides leadership and support to the FOH team, maintains service standards, and acts as a key liaison between staff and management. The Floor Manager ensures that Mogador at Kith Ivy’s culture of luxury, community, and hospitality is upheld in every interaction.

• Supervise and support front-of-house staff during service to maintain smooth operations
• Ensure all team members deliver exceptional hospitality consistent with Mogador at Kith Ivy standards.
• Monitor dining room flow, guest satisfaction, and service timing, resolving issues discreetly and effectively.
• Open or close the restaurant based on scheduling needs
• Lead pre-shift meetings to communicate menu changes, service priorities, and guest notes.
• Partner with the General Manager and senior leadership to enforce policies and operational procedures.
• Mentor, coach, and develop staff, providing feedback and supporting professional growth.
• Collaborate with back-of-house leaders to ensure coordination and accuracy in service.
• Oversee adherence to health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new FOH staff.
• Uphold the Mogador brand image through polished presence, leadership, and     professionalism.

•   2+ years of management experience in upscale or fine dining environments required.
•   Strong leadership, team-building, and conflict-resolution skills.
•   Excellent communication skills with a polished, guest-focused demeanor.
•   Deep knowledge of service standards, food, wine, and beverage programs.
•   Ability to work in a high-pressure environment with grace and professionalism.
•   Flexible schedule with availability on nights, weekends, and holidays.

•   Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
•   Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
•   Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

The interior has been meticulously crafted to create a warm, inviting atmosphere that feels like an extension of the member’s home. With a design philosophy based around an upscale, comfortable sense of community, there are various spaces including the pro shop with exclusive merchandise, dining areas, a smoothie bar, a wellness center, and rooftop padel courts.

This endeavor wouldn’t be possible without a suite of partners who are innovators in their fields. For the dining space, Kith partners with Café Mogador, a New York City staple, to bring a new, upscale menu and service featuring classics and new perspectives on Moroccan-inspired Mediterranean cuisine. The interior features vintage-sourced Persian rugs that add warmth and character to the space, rich, dark rosewood accents complemented by plush seating arrangements, and a color palette of various shades of green and burgundy, enhancing the inviting atmosphere. A central fireplace serves as a focal point, surrounded by bookshelves filled with curated literature and objects, further contributing to the home-like feel.

Kith Ivy is proud to host the first Erewhon tonic bar outside of Los Angeles. The design embraces a sleek, contemporary aesthetic with clean lines and a minimalist approach. Non-members, within a select radius of the club in Manhattan, can purchase Erewhon smoothies and juices from Kith Ivy in limited quantities exclusively via the Postmates and Uber Eats apps.
