Arquet is looking for a motivated culinary professional to join our team! We are looking for someone we can develop personal and long-term relationships with and wants to be an integral part of a growing restaurant.
Essential Functions:
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Provides a quality product that is timely, fresh, and meets our standards
-Ensures proper and consistent production of all food products at all times
-Maintains clean and sanitary food preparation and storage areas at all times in accordance with state and local sanitation requirements and codes
-Exemplify leadership qualities that build a cohesive team, motivates the kitchen staff, and helps to achieve the restaurant's goals
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
-Two years of experience in restaurants, tasting menu experience a plus
-Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
-Ability to work well with people, in a team environment, and to communicate effectively both written & oral
-Ability to function in a fast-paced environment, under short time constraints, and within established deadlines

Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($20.00 - $45.00)
