The Vintage Syndicate Hospitality Group is searching for hardworking line cooks to join our team.
Responsibilities Include:
- Follow recipes and prepare dishes to specification and training.
- Sanitize and prepare equipment and workstation for cooking, maintain a clean workspace at all times.
- Perform basic kitchen functions such as, clean knife skills, and sauce preparation.
- Label stock and inventory all ingredients, stay in communication with Chef about low product.
- Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas
Qualifications:
- Ability to communicate and listen to team members, as well as work independently and efficiently.
- Dedicated to excellence in product and delivery.
