Head Chef (Working Chef / Chef de Cuisine)
We are seeking a talented and passionate Head Chef to lead our kitchen team. This is a hands-on role: the Head Chef will not only oversee menu development, ordering, and kitchen management, but will also work the line alongside the team during service to ensure consistency, quality, and leadership by example.
Responsibilities:

Lead and inspire the kitchen team with a strong presence on the line.

Design seasonal menus and daily specials.

Ensure consistency, quality, and speed of execution during service.

Manage food costs, inventory, and vendor relationships.

Train, mentor, and schedule kitchen staff.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Head Chef, Chef de Cuisine, or Sous Chef ready to step up.

Strong line-cooking background with the ability to work multiple stations under pressure.

Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.

Passion for fresh, seasonal, and creative cuisine.
Compensation Details
Compensation: Salary ($80,000.00 - $125,000.00)
