We are a dynamic hospitality group operating several distinct, elevated culinary concepts across New York City. As we continue to grow, we are looking for passionate, hospitality driven candidates to join our front of house team now that we are growing our restaurant company into the Northern New Jersey market.
Job Requirements:

Greeting all guests warmly into the main dining room.

Answer incoming calls for service and take last-minute cancellations and reservations

Keeping track of where all guests have been sat via OpenTable

Proficiency in OpenTable/Seven Rooms

Manage reservations and guest flow to ensure smooth services

Communicate effectively with the floor team and management.

Assist with maintaining the appearance and organization of the host stand and entry area.

Provide guests with accurate wait times and accommodate special requests when possible.
- Commitment to service quality, excellence, and hospitality
- Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
- Impeccable service standards and attention to detail
- An appreciation of food & beverage
- Maintain personal hygiene, well groomed and polished appearance
- Sense of urgency
- Organization skills
- Maintain a clean work environment, and complete daily side work tasks
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
