Starting Salary
Starting hourly rate is $27.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications, subject to culinary cooking test.

Qualifications
Our Full-Time Cook 2 will demonstrate thorough technical skills of most station areas. This is a fast-paced position requiring the ability to multi-task while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and also take direction in a high-performance environment.
- At least 2 years of experience in 4 diamond hotel or fine dining restaurant required, Michelin experience preferred
- Culinary degree or related hotel experience
- Ability to perform all basic cooking skills, including presentation techniques
- Refined verbal communication skills
- Ability to work numerous stations in the kitchen
- Strong customer service and teamwork skills
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Must have full time availability, including weekdays, weekends, holidays
