Job Title: Front of House – Counter Service

Schedule: Friday – Sunday, 10:00 AM – 5:15 PM
Compensation: $350/week + Tips about 100 extra a week (salary)
About Us:
Mikes BBQ is a locally loved barbecue spot known for quality food, great service, and a fun, welcoming atmosphere. We’re looking for a reliable and friendly Front of House team member to join our crew and help create an excellent guest experience.
Responsibilities:
• Greet customers with a warm, friendly attitude
• Take orders accurately at the counter and answer menu questions
• Operate POS system and handle cash/card transactions
• Ensure orders are prepared and delivered promptly to guests
• Keep the front of house area clean, organized, and fully stocked
• Assist with packaging takeout orders and maintaining smooth service flow
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve any guest concerns quickly
Qualifications:
• Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication and people skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Must be available during scheduled hours (Fri–Sun, 10 AM – 5:15 PM)
