As a Host at ilili, you are an ambassador of hospitality who is passionate about providing an exemplary guest experience and making people feel genuinely welcomed while maintaining the highest standards of operation.  

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all guests and team members feel genuinely welcomed and fundamentally honored.
• Be an advocate of all internal policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines and training programs.
• In depth understanding of Reservations Systems (Resy, OpenTable, etc)

Ideal Experience:

• Two years of Hosting experience in a high volume, upscale restaurant preferred
• Critical thinking and problem solving abilities are a must.
• Proven track record of dependability and a passion for hospitality.
