Front of House Staff

MFK. is a seafood-focused and coastal-influenced restaurant - featuring Spanish, Basque, and Mediterranean inspired cuisine. 

We are looking for someone with basic restaurant experience who wants to develop their skills in serving, bartending, and working on a small, tight-knit team. At MFK, everyone on the front-of-house (FOH) team works together to accomplish opening, closing, serving, bussing, and barbacking. We are looking for an individual with interest and motivation to learn to bartend and learn about wine as well. 

The FOH position at MFK. includes the following: bartending (bar training provided), serving, running food/support staff, opening/closing the restaurant, assisting with hosting & seating.

We are dinner only - so evening and weekend availability is required. 

MFK uses a service-fee model, and all FOH employees are paid the city minimum wage in addition to a distribution of service-fee collected and any additional gratuity left by guests (which is common) 

The business provides a 50% healthcare subsidy for all qualifying employees (after new hire waiting period, & minimum 31 hours/week)

We provide a staff meal at every shift.
