The Role:
We're seeking for team members to join our barback team at Tigre! You will be play an important role to ensure that our bartenders have everything they need to create our signature cocktails.You'll be an INTEGRAL part of our team, preparing fresh ingredients, making our house-made syrups, batching cocktails and ensuring everything is in its place in order bar program to excel and succeed.
What You'll Do:
- Prepare fresh garnishes, syrups, juicing, batching, and other cocktail components.
- Ensure all prep items are prepared and stocked to par levels before and during service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including equipment and tools.
- Accepting deliveries and monitoring quality control of ingredients.
- Setting up bar for service to the highest standard.
What We're Looking For:
- Ability to follow intricate recipes.
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
- Previous culinary experience is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- A passion for cocktails and understanding of different ingredients.
- Strong knife skills
