Assistant General Manager

OVERVIEW:
A business is a living, organic entity so the job is constantly changing as the needs of the business change. An assistant general manager needs to be organized, diligent and flexible to successfully negotiate the day-to-day operations of our living, organic brewpubs. Their actions, words and thoughts color the experiences of our guests and set the example for the entire staff. Job includes floor shifts as well as administrative duties, including but not limited to helping with hiring, pay roll, writing reviews, ordering.

AGM PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
•Must have a strong skill set in all areas of the pub and the ability to multitask with a sense of urgency.
•Must possess leadership presence with staff, MODs, general managers, and owners.
•Must have a direct and sensitive communication style.
•Must be an ambassador of our company with our guests and the public.
•Must be the example of professional appearance.
•Must be willing to step up and work through conflict for the mutual benefit of all involved.
•Must have excellent organizational skills.
•Must demonstrate a vast sense of commitment to the pub.
•Must be versatile on Mac computers and software.
