Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a seasoned Maitre D’ to join our dynamic team. This role is focused specifically on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday evenings, when the energy in our space is at its peak. As the first point of contact, you will be instrumental in shaping each guest’s experience and setting the tone for the night. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a high-energy environment, exudes hospitality, and knows how to keep the flow moving smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:

Create a Warm Welcome – Greet guests promptly and genuinely, manage reservations, and set the tone for an exceptional experience.

Coordinate Seating – Oversee our seating chart and floor flow to maximize both guest satisfaction and walk-in potential.

Support Guest Needs – Respond to inquiries, provide thoughtful recommendations, and offer personalized touches.

Enhance Team Efficiency – Work closely with the service and bar teams to maintain a seamless and cohesive operation.

Maintain a Polished Environment – Ensure the entry and surrounding areas are clean and welcoming throughout the evening.
Qualifications:

Experience – Minimum 3 years in a Maitre D’ or lead host position in a high-volume, cocktail-forward venue.

Skills – Strong command of Resy, with the ability to manage busy floor plans and guest flow efficiently.

Attitude – Warm, gracious, and detail-oriented with a guest-first mentality.

Communication – Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
