Macao Trading Company is an established upscale restaurant and bar located in TriBeCa. For 17 years, Macao has focused on creating a unique and memorable experience for each of our guests, catering to our neighbors, committed regulars, and those visiting the area.
We are currently seeking experienced and motivated FOH Mangers to join the team. Candidates must be personable, hospitality-minded, enthusiastic individuals with a positive attitude and passion for service, food, and cocktails. Must be willing to work late nights.
Responsibilities: Management sets the standard for service expectations by overseeing every aspect of the guest's experience, personally intervenes to correct service issues, and motivates and counsels staff to achieve the highest quality of service in all areas of the restaurant. Some office work required.
Qualifications: • Minimum three years management experience in a full service restaurant. • Must possess strong leadership skills. • Strong communication skills. • Extensive food, cocktail, and wine knowledge a must. • Punctuality, dependability, and reliability required.
