Kith presents Kith Ivy, the brand’s ambitious entry into the hospitality sector, blending luxury, lifestyle, and sport into a unique members-only club experience.
Located within a private lobby at 120 Leroy Street where SoHo meets the West Village, Kith Ivy is designed to cater to a discerning clientele, offering a range of amenities that reflect both sophistication and comfort. The interior has been meticulously crafted to create a warm, inviting atmosphere that feels like an extension of the member’s home. With a design philosophy based around an upscale, comfortable sense of community, there are various spaces including the pro shop with exclusive merchandise, dining areas, a smoothie bar, a wellness center, and rooftop padel courts.
This endeavor wouldn’t be possible without a suite of partners who are innovators in their fields. For the dining space, Kith partners with Café Mogador, a New York City staple, to bring a new, upscale menu and service featuring classics and new perspectives on Moroccan-inspired Mediterranean cuisine. The interior features vintage-sourced Persian rugs that add warmth and character to the space, rich, dark rosewood accents complemented by plush seating arrangements, and a color palette of various shades of green and burgundy, enhancing the inviting atmosphere. A central fireplace serves as a focal point, surrounded by bookshelves filled with curated literature and objects, further contributing to the home-like feel.
Kith Ivy is proud to host the first Erewhon tonic bar outside of Los Angeles. The design embraces a sleek, contemporary aesthetic with clean lines and a minimalist approach. Non-members, within a select radius of the club in Manhattan, can purchase Erewhon smoothies and juices from Kith Ivy in limited quantities exclusively via the Postmates and Uber Eats apps.
Main Responsibilities:
- Prepare and make smoothies, juices, tonics, and wellness shots while engaging with the Manager or Supervisor in-charge for the shift
- Work on smoothies with sense of urgency as soon as an orders comes out in KDS tablet
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the bar: includes cleaning as they go, putting tools/supplies where they’re supposed to be, sweeping the floors, deep cleaning areas assigned by playcaller/manager, wiping spills on countertops, throwing away fruit peels and gloves in the trash, and organizing containers
- Restock bar needs
- Dishwash when there’s no porter present when instructed by Manager
- Take orders on the POS when when stationed as such by the manager/supervisor
- Expedite and drive the ticket time and efficiency including customer service when stationed as such by the manager/supervisor
- Prep bar needs like frozen fruits, veggies, essential fats, etc. when there’s no porter present when instructed by playcaller/Manager- this may include lifting frozen fruit boxes and/or bending
- Show flexibility and open-mindedness with the team and manager
- Address customer needs with professionalism and sense of urgency
- Provide excellent customer service and hospitality in a timely and effective manner
- Hold professional relationship with the rest of the team
- Constant learning of our Ingredients: Superfoods, Jing herbs, etc
- Build station to ensure urgency is up to standard and uphold great ticket times
- Communicate to team how many smoothies are needed in total to get a head start on batches
- Quality Control and Consistency: ensure all products are aligned with our Standards
- Organize drinks according to orders: UBER, APP, STORE
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the station
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Maintain Food Safety Protocols and station cleanliness
- Follow Company Policies & Procedures
- Uphold Erewhon, Mogador and Kith Standards
