Opera House is the latest concept from Tuxedo Hospitality, the acclaimed creators behind Chinese Tuxedo, The Tyger, and Soso's. Nestled on the subterranean level of the historic 5 Doyers address in the heart of Chinatown. Opera House draws its name and inspiration from the celebrated Chinese Theatre, a vibrant cultural hub of Chinatown from 1893-1911. This new venture will offer a high-touch cocktail lounge and private dining space, designed to seamlessly intertwine with Chinese Tuxedo on the upper levels.

 

Our vision for Opera House is to deliver a world-class and best-in-category cocktail and liquor offering, inspired by the rich tapestry of Chinese cuisine and culture. Tuxedo Hospitality is a New York City based hospitality group. The group currently features Chinese Tuxedo, The Tyger and Soso's, with more to come. In 2016, Tuxedo Hospitality started with the opening of Chinese Tuxedo in the heart of Chinatown. We are in need of strong team members to join in continuing our growth. What we are looking for:

• Knowledge in spirits, wine and beer 
• High volume cocktail bar experience 
• Ability to anticipate bar operation needs and respond appropriately with a sense of urgency
• 7 day availability
• Motivated individuals looking for an opportunity to expand and grow within Tuxedo Hospitality
