Inspired by Mexico’s Baja coast, El Vez brings bold flavors, vibrant design, and stunning ocean views to every dining experience. Our menu celebrates inventive yet authentic Mexican cuisine — from fresh ceviches and tacos al carbon to Mahi Mahi tacos and house-made guacamoles.

Who You Are:

1–2 years of kitchen experience in a quality restaurant or hotel

Strong knife skills and consistent execution

Familiarity with Mexican cuisine a plus

Available for morning, early afternoon, and weekend shifts
