Waiter / Waitress

Solid knowledge of restaurant service standards.

Knowledge of wine etiquette and basic food & wine pairing.

Familiarity with NYC Health Department requirements and sanitation regulations.

Ability to work with POS systems and process payments (cash/credit).

Preparing the dining room at the start of the shift, maintaining cleanliness during service, and closing duties after shifts.

Ability to engage fully from the beginning of the shift and maintain pace throughout service.

Strong teamwork skills and ability to coordinate with colleagues, kitchen staff, and management.

Strict adherence to hygiene, safety, and operational regulations in New York City.

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a waiter/waitress in a restaurant.

Solid knowledge of the menu and cuisine, with the ability to confidently guide guests through dishes and beverages.
