We are seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager to lead our back-of-house team and
ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements:
• 3-4 years of kitchen management experience required
• Experience handling ordering, inventory management, and cost control
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and manage a
team
• Must be organized, clean, and detail-oriented
• ServSafe certification required
• Open availability, including weekends, holidays, and longer shifts when
needed
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
• Ability to take direction, problem-solve, and work under pressure
