Maitre D

We are seeking an experienced Maître D’ to join our team at a high-end, fine dining restaurant. The ideal candidate will bring a polished presence, exceptional organizational skills, and a genuine passion for delivering world-class hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the reservation book and floor plan daily, using Resy to maximize efficiency and guest experience.

• Greet and engage guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a seamless arrival and departure.

• Touch tables throughout service to build guest relationships and anticipate needs.

• Coordinate with the service and management teams to ensure flawless communication and execution during each shift.

• Handle VIP and high-profile guests with discretion and care.

• Train and mentor front-of-house staff to uphold Michelin-level service standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Maître D’ or lead host in a Michelin-starred or high-end fine dining restaurant.

• Expertise in Resy and deep understanding of reservation and guest flow management.

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.

• Professional demeanor and exceptional attention to detail.

• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
