Job Details
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Office Assistant to support our busy restaurant office. This part-time position is ideal for someone with prior experience in a restaurant administrative setting who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong sense of follow-through.

Position: Office Assistant
Hours: Part-Time (30 hours/week)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 10am-4pm

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and update OpenTable reservations and reports

Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets for tracking schedules, inventory, and reporting

Assist with back-office administrative tasks such as filing, invoice tracking, and ordering supplies

Communicate with staff and vendors to ensure smooth daily operations

Follow up on assigned tasks to ensure timely completion

Support management with various office projects as needed

Requirements:

Experience working in a restaurant office or hospitality environment

Strong working knowledge of OpenTable and Microsoft Excel

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time independently

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Dependable and resourceful with a proactive attitude
