Happier Grocery - Health & Beauty In-Store Specialist (HBA Specialist)
About the role: Happier Grocery is growing, and we’re looking for a Health & Beauty expert to join our team. This is a customer-facing role that blends product knowledge with personalized guidance to make shopping our Health & Beauty Aid department a truly elevated experience.
What you’ll do: • Be on the floor 4 days a week, guiding customers through supplements, skincare, and functional wellness products. • Share informed, approachable expertise on health supplements, clean beauty, and lifestyle solutions. • Curate a seamless, elevated experience that makes every customer feel at home. • Support events, activations, and brand education moments in-store.
Who you are: • Deep knowledge of health supplements, skincare, or clinical/wellness fields (a background in nutrition, esthetics, or functional health is a plus). • Previous retail or customer-facing experience is a plus. • Familiarity with Happier Grocery or being a frequent shopper is a bonus - we love team members who know and love our space. • Warm, engaging, and a true people person - you thrive in conversation and connection. • Flexible and collaborative, with great taste and an eye for detail. • Excited to be part of a growing, thoughtful, and elevated brand.
