Responsibilities

Execute menu items with precision, consistency, and attention to detail, following recipes and plating guidelines.

Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient station throughout service.

Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and timely service.

Uphold food safety and sanitation standards in compliance with DC health regulations.

Assist with prep, stocking, and inventory management as needed.

Work with a sense of urgency while maintaining quality under pressure.
Qualifications

Previous line cook experience in a high-volume or upscale restaurant preferred (Italian cuisine a plus).

Strong knife skills, understanding of cooking techniques, and commitment to culinary excellence.
