The Role
As a Bar Apprentice, you’ll work closely with our bartenders and bar leadership to learn the foundations of craft beer, bar organization, and guest interaction. This is a hands-on role designed for someone curious, hardworking, and excited to be trained in the art and science of brewing. No extensive bar experience is required—just a genuine desire to learn and a great attitude.

What You’ll Do

• Support bartenders with daily prep, bar setup, and breakdown
  
  
• Learn the fundamentals of beer brewing, spirits, and flavor balance
  
  
• Assist in batching, garnish, and ingredient preparation
  
  
• Gain hands-on training in bartending.
  
  
• Maintain cleanliness and organization behind the bar
  
  
• Provide warm, attentive service to guests when needed
  
  
• Grow into a role where you can confidently make and serve batched cocktails and pour the perfect pint
