Responsibilities:
- Smile and greet guests with warm welcome and good bye,ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Manage reservations and waitlists using Resy.
- Handle Resy inquiries in polite manner
- Maintain a clean and organized host station.
- Provide basic guidance on Mediterranean food, wine, and culture to enhance the guest experience.
• Experience with Resy or similar reservation systems is preferred but willing to train.
• Knowledge of Italian food, wine, and culture is a strong plus.
• Friendly and professional demeanor with excellent communication skills.
