Bar Bianchi, owned and operated by Golden Age Hospitality—the group behind Acme, The Happiest Hour, The Nines, Le Dive, and Deux Chats—is looking for a reliable and motivated Busser to join our team. Bar Bianchi is an Italian-inspired restaurant and wine bar with a focus on traditional Italian dishes, natural wines, spritzes, and Negroni variations.
We're looking for a reliable and motivated Busser! You'll assist with clearing tables, delivering food and drinks, and keeping the dining area clean and organized. If you thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and have a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences, we want to meet you!
Responsibilities:
- Set up and prepare the dining area for service (adjusting tables, polishing glassware, folding napkins, etc.)
- Provide warm and welcoming service to guests
- Clear plates, glasses, and food; sanitize and reset tables
- Assist in coffee/espresso service
- Provide general support to waiters, bartenders, and management
- Participate in daily sidework and breakdown at the end of service
Requirements:
- Passion for hospitality
- Ability to communicate clearly and efficiently
- Desire to learn and grow
- Attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- At least 2 years' experience in a high-volume setting is a plus
- Experience in casual fine dining is preferred
