About Clark’s Oyster Bar:
Clark’s Oyster Bar opened in 2012 in Austin and has since expanded to Aspen, Houston, Montecito, and Menlo Park. We’re excited to bring our signature oysters, martinis, lobster rolls, and warm hospitality to our third California location.
Clark’s Malibu is looking for a passionate Assistant General Manager to help lead the team, elevate the guest experience, and support operations through thoughtful training and leadership.

What You’ll Bring:

- Language Proficiency: English fluency required; Spanish fluency is a plus!
- Experience: At least two years of progressive management experience in the California restaurant industry, with a preference for boutique or upscale dining establishments.
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
The Details:
- Schedule: Full-time with flexible availability (evenings, weekends, and holidays required)
- Physical Requirements: Must be able to stand, move, and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs. (Reasonable accommodations available.)

About Clark's Malibu:
Clark’s Oyster Bar, part of MML Hospitality, is opening in Malibu, California. Known for our exceptional oysters, martinis, lobster rolls, champagne, and signature dishes, we’re thrilled to bring the Clark’s experience to this vibrant community. Inspired by the 1950s, our design features oak, terracotta, and leather, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. With around 100 seats, including a private dining room, we’re proud to be a new neighborhood staple—where locals and visitors alike can enjoy outstanding food, drinks, and service.
