Sommelier

Dalida is expanding its wine team! 

We're looking for a part time SOMMELIER/part time SERVER. A bit of a hybrid position for someone comfortable working a server station some nights and working the floor as a sommelier on others. We are a fantastic, VERY busy restaurant, located in the beautiful Presidio Park. We are currently open six days a week, but looking to be open SEVEN days a week very soon. In addition, we are opening a new location/concept by the end of the year. We are ever growing! Requirements:
-  Certified Sommelier through CMS/or Level 3 WSET (will train for the right candidate)
-  Engaging floor presence. 
-  Leave your ego at the door. 
-  Ability to think quickly on your feet. 
-  Confidence to sell both inexpensive and expensive wines. 
-  Can do attitude. 
-  Proficient in basic computer skills. 
-  Weekend availability (Sunday's are a must.)
-  Ability to lift 50 lbs. 
-  Ability to work/stand on your feet for six plus hours per day.
