The Opportunity: The Executive Pastry Chef will lead the charge in building a best-in-class pastry and dessert program for both the restaurant (200+ seats, private dining, bar/lounge) and an expanding roster of high-end offsite events. Key Responsibilities:
· Design, develop, and execute a pastry program that reflects the brand’s ethos of uncompromising quality, bold creativity, and refined technique.
· Produce plated desserts, breads, confections, and showpieces that surprise and delight—every time.
· Collaborate with ownership and the Executive Chef to concept menus and signature moments, aligned with the brand’s theatrical and elevated style.
· Hire, train, and lead a top-tier pastry team committed to precision and pride in their work.
· Oversee pastry operations for in-house dining and offsite events, ensuring consistency and excellence at scale.
· Manage inventory, sourcing, cost controls, and production systems to support high-volume service with zero compromise in quality.
· Set and enforce the highest standards for cleanliness, safety, and professionalism.
