Take Out Host Slauson

Jon & Vinny's Slauson is looking for a talented Take Out Host to join our team!

We're a fast-paced Italian diner from James Beard Award-winning chefs. We are open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We're looking for candidates that can maintain systems and high standards, work with a diverse group of employees, and bring a positive, welcoming energy to the floor. It is your resposibility to guide guests through an exceptional experience–hospitality is the priority. Our ideal candidate has hosting experience and is friendly, punctual, energetic, and hard-working. You must be able to multitask.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Greeting guests

- Answering/handling phone calls 

- Friendly and attentive customer service 

- Assisting guests with takeout orders

- Understanding the menu and being able to guide the guest through their order

- Lifting/moving boxes

- Bagging/packing all takeout orders

- Running food and drinks

- Communicating with coworkers and guests

We currently have shifts available for afternoon and evenings.
