Yi-Cha, a new Korean gastropub opening its doors in the heart of the Highland Park neighborhood of Los Angeles, is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused restaurant server to join our dynamic team! The ideal candidate will provide outstanding service, ensuring that every guest has a memorable dining experience. Responsibilities:

• Greet guests promptly and courteously as they arrive.
• Present menus and answer questions about menu items, making recommendations when appropriate.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to kitchen staff in a timely manner.
• Ensure orders are served to guests in a timely and correct manner.
• Monitor guest satisfaction, anticipate guest needs, and provide attentive service throughout their dining experience.
• Process guest payments and manage cash/credit card transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including setting up tables and preparing the dining area.
• Follow all health and safety regulations and restaurant policies.
• Collaborate with team members to provide a smooth and efficient service.

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations is a plus.
